Our products are delivered in Belgium by bpost which offers you a system for tracking your shipment. You will be notified of your parcel reference at the moment of shipping. This reference will allow you to track your parcel online on the BPOST site: http://track.bpost.be.
For deliveries larger than A4 envelope size, all deliveries are made during office hours. Make sure that someone is present at the delivery address that was notified to us. If you are absent when your parcel is presented, you will receive a note indicating the nearest post office, where your parcel will be stored for 15 days. After these 15 days, your parcel will be returned to Delphine Quirin. A 2nd delivery can be organised upon payment of the charges incurred.

Delivery of products takes place only during the 5 working days (no delivery will be performed at the weekend). The user is notified that any order taken on the site on a Friday will only be processed on the following Monday.

Delphine Quirin declines all responsibility for the delay, loss of ordered products, or for strike-related delays due to the postal or transport services. In these cases, the user must take the appropriate steps directly with the postal services or the carrier.
In order to ensure their perfect condition and safety during transport, all products are carefully packaged. It is imperative that the user checks the packaging and the products at the moment of delivery.
It is imperative to immediately notify the carrier or its employee, directly on the shipping document, or at the maximum within 3 days (including non-working days) of delivery (the date on the postmark will be decisive).
