Shipping

Our items are delivered to Belgium by bpost, which provides a tracking system for your shipment. Upon shipment, you will be provided with your package reference number. This will allow you to track your package online on the BPOST website: http://track.bpost.be.

For envelopes larger than A4, all deliveries are made during office hours. Please ensure you are present at the delivery address provided to us. If you are not present when your package is delivered, you will receive a delivery notice with the address of the nearest post office where your package will be stored for 15 days. After these 15 days, your package will be returned to Delphine Quirin. A second delivery can be arranged upon payment of the associated fees.

Product delivery is only available within 5 business days (no deliveries will be made during weekends). The user is informed that any order placed on the site on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Delphine Quirin disclaims all responsibility for any delay, loss of ordered products, or strikes caused by postal or transport services. In such cases, the user must take appropriate action directly with the postal services or the carrier. To ensure their perfect condition and safety during transport, all products are carefully packaged. The user must thoroughly inspect the packaging and products upon delivery.
Any anomaly due to transport must be immediately reported to the carrier or their representative, directly on the transport document, or within a maximum of 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark serving as proof).
A copy of the report must be sent to Delphine Quirin by email at info@delphinequirin.be within the same timeframe.
