General conditions of sale
Article 1: Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale are entered into between:
Delphine Quirin, Rue Pierreuse 26, 4000 LIEGE (Belgium), VAT BE0600.708.825, and any natural person visiting and/or wishing to make a purchase via the website https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop.
These terms and conditions define the terms and conditions of distance selling between https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop and the user, from ordering to payment and delivery. They govern all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the order is tracked between the contracting parties.
The user declares:
that they have the legal capacity to enter into this contract
that they will not purchase products for the purpose of reselling them
Article 2 : products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time the user consults it, subject to availability.
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, if any errors or omissions occur in this presentation, https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop cannot be held liable. The photographs and text illustrating the products are for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.
Article 3 : prices
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT and excluding delivery charges, which remain the responsibility of the user, unless otherwise stated.
Prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order. www.delphinequirin.be/shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
For orders to be shipped to countries outside the European Union, sales prices and delivery charges are exclusive of tax.
Article 4 : detailed mention of the price of the property
Our product prices are listed in Euros, and only Euro payments are accepted.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment can be made in several ways:
With your Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard credit card, or via PayPal. In this case, the order will be processed after receiving PayPal authorization.

The ordered product will only be delivered after receipt of payment. Therefore, it is advisable to settle the payment as soon as possible.
An invoice will be issued by the website. The buyer must specify the invoice delivery address.
https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice. Products already ordered will continue to be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order was placed.
A flash sale is a commercial operation whose purpose is to offer the public a price reduction on products offered for sale only between a specific opening date and a specific closing date.
The sale is declared closed when it has expired.
The customer will no longer be able to order the product at the price indicated at the time of the flash sale, once it has ended.

Article 5 : shipping
Our items are delivered to
Belgium by bpost, which provides a tracking system for your shipment. Upon shipment, you will be provided with your package reference number. This will allow you to track your package online on the BPOST website: http://track.bpost.be.
For envelopes larger than A4, all deliveries are made during office hours. Please ensure you are present at the delivery address provided to us. If you are not present when your package is delivered, you will receive a delivery notice with the address of the nearest post office where your package will be stored for 15 days. After these 15 days, your package will be returned to Delphine Quirin. A second delivery can be arranged upon payment of the associated fees.
Shipping costs are:
- €5 for orders to Belgium.
- €10 for orders to neighboring countries (Germany, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Great Britain, France, and the Netherlands).
- €15 for the rest of the European Union.
Product delivery is only available within 5 business days (no deliveries will be made during weekends). The user is informed that any order placed on the site on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Delivery is available within:
- 2 to 5 business days for Belgium;
- 3 to 10 business days for the rest of Europe;
These delivery times are for informational purposes only.
Delphine Quirin disclaims all responsibility for any delay, loss of ordered products, or strikes caused by postal or transport services. In such cases, the user must take appropriate action directly with the postal services or the carrier. To ensure their perfect condition and safety during transport, all products are carefully packaged. The user must thoroughly inspect the packaging and products upon delivery.
Any anomaly due to transport must be immediately reported to the carrier or their representative, directly on the transport document, or within a maximum of 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark serving as proof).
A copy of the report must be sent to Delphine Quirin by email at
info@delphinequirin.be within the same timeframe.
No complaints will be accepted after this period.
Article 6 : Right of withdrawal
Conditions for Returns
Right of Withdrawal: The customer has the right to cancel the order. They may exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving their order. The customer must inform “delphinequirin.be” of their decision to cancel before the withdrawal period expires. To do so, the customer can either:
– use the cancellation form on the website, or
– make an unambiguous statement explaining their decision to cancel their order.
The right of withdrawal, if validly exercised, entitles the customer to a full refund of the order price. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility. The refund will be made using the payment method chosen when placing the order.
The customer does not have the right of withdrawal when the delivered order consists of a product made to the customer’s specifications. The returned item will be refunded within 14 days. If the returned item is found to have suffered any damage caused by the customer, compensation may be requested.
The customer must return the ordered item to the following address: Delphine Quirin, rue Pierreuse 26, 4000 LIEGE (Belgium).
Return Methods Available
Exchange with one or more other items whose total selling price does not exceed the price already paid by the buyer for the initial order (and subject to availability on the date the return package is received). Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the item returned by the customer to shop.delphinequirin.be, excluding shipping costs associated with the return, according to the payment method chosen when placing the order.
For returns of orders delivered outside Belgium, only returned items will be refunded.
Article 7 : protection of personal data
Personal Information
Since personal information is required for processing and delivering orders and issuing invoices, the collection of this information for distance selling is mandatory. This information is strictly confidential and is intended only for Delphine Quirin.
Intellectual Property
All visual and audio elements of the website https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop are protected by trademark copyright. They are the exclusive property of Delphine Quirin.

Article 8 : Responsibilities
The company https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop has only an obligation of means for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery, and subsequent services. The company cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, the presence of computer viruses, or events classified as force majeure, in accordance with case law.
Furthermore, https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop disclaims liability for any breach of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events, including, but not limited to, strikes, fires, disasters, breakdowns, and, generally, any event that prevents the proper execution of orders.
Article 9 : Guarantee
Delphinequirin.be guarantees that the goods ordered by the customer are fit for normal and foreseeable use and are free from detectable defects attributable to errors in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing.
The guarantee of conformity of the above-mentioned delivered products is the legal guarantee, to the exclusion of any other commercial warranty.
The duration of the legal guarantee is two years from receipt of the ordered goods, in accordance with Article 1649bis et seq. of the Civil Code.
If the lack of conformity appears more than six months after delivery of the goods, the customer is required to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, delphinequirin.be will, at its discretion, repair or replace the non-compliant goods. If replacement with an identical product is impossible or disproportionate, the defective product will be replaced with a functionally equivalent product. If both the replacement and repair of defective goods are impossible or impose disproportionate costs or inconvenience on delphinequirin.be, the latter will have the option of reimbursing the customer for the price of the goods concerned.
Article 10 : acceptance of the general conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, sales, purchases, and other transactions between the parties.
Consequently, by the very act of requesting and/or using the services of shop.delphinequirin.be, placing an order, and/or entering into any contract, the user irrevocably acknowledges having received a copy of these general terms and conditions and that they are binding on them, and they accept their application to the exclusion of all others. The user’s general or specific terms and conditions never apply, except with the express, prior, written consent of https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop.
These general terms and conditions of sale are available on the purchase confirmation page. If the user wishes, they can download, print, and archive a copy.
These general terms and conditions may change in the future. The user tacitly accepts each modification by continuing to use and visit the website https://www.delphinequirin.be/shop. It is their responsibility to regularly review the new general terms and conditions of sale.

The user who wishes to purchase on the website declares that they have full legal capacity.
Article 11 : applicable law and competent courts
These general terms and conditions of sale and all disputes are governed by Belgian law. The parties agree to submit any dispute relating to these general terms and conditions to the jurisdiction of the judge designated by Article 624, 1, 2, and 4 of the Judicial Code.
By checking “I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and I accept them without reservation.” during the ordering process, you declare that you have read all the provisions of the general terms and conditions and acknowledge your acceptance of them.
Important information
All “Delphine Quirin” creations are handcrafted by a small team of knitters, embroiderers, and seamstresses in our workshop in Liège, Belgium.
This allows us to oversee all stages of manufacturing, while also providing meticulous care for the finishing touches.
These products are made from natural materials, requiring delicate care and dry cleaning.
